Police Seek Public Help to Find Duo After Friend's Post-Party Disappearance

 The police are seeking public assistance to apprehend two suspects required for investigations into the mysterious disappearance of a person residing in the Keerakotuwa, Sedawatta Road area, which falls under the Grandpass Police Division.

A comprehensive investigation has now been launched following a complaint lodged by the missing person's mother with the Grandpass Police, stating that her son has been missing since October 11, 2025.

Preliminary investigations conducted by the police have revealed that the disappeared person had attended a party with two other individuals on October 11, 2025, and subsequently went missing after the party.

The police further stated that the other two individuals who attended the party have also been absent from their residential areas since that day, and no information regarding them has been reported yet.

These two suspects, crucial for uncovering information regarding the missing person, have been identified as Rathnaweera Patabendige Priyantha Kumara and Warnakulasuriya Malan Indrajith Fernando, residing at No. 63/A, South Mirisankotuwa, Lunuwila.
