The suspense surrounding the winner of the largest-ever lottery prize in UAE history — a staggering AED 100 million jackpot — has finally come to an end. The official organizers of The UAE Lottery revealed the full identity of the lucky winner on Monday, October 27.

Ending more than a week of speculation about the mysterious “Anilkum B,” the lottery operator confirmed that the grand prize winner is 29-year-old Indian expatriate Anilkumar Bolla, a resident of Abu Dhabi.

Anilkumar struck gold during the 23rd “Lucky Day” draw (#251018) held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, instantly becoming one of the richest lottery winners in the region’s history. The UAE Lottery also released the winner’s first official photos and video to the media.

According to the organizers, Anilkumar was relaxing at home when he received the life-changing phone call from The UAE Lottery team. A loyal participant since the lottery’s inception, he described the moment as one of disbelief and overwhelming joy.

“When I got the call from The UAE Lottery, I thought it wasn’t real,” said Anilkumar Bolla in an emotional interview. “I kept asking them to repeat what they said because I just couldn’t believe it. Even now, it still feels surreal — like I’m living in a dream.”

The young winner first shared the news with a co-worker and then called his brother in India. “This win goes beyond even my wildest dreams,” he added.
