Several incidents of ATM cash robberies during long series of holidays ... from Rajagiriya, Kalubowila

During the long series of holidays, incidents of several cases of cash robberies from ATM machines in Rajagiriya and Kalubowila were reported on February 2 - 3. Those who were subjected to this experience had reported that monies that was not withdrawn across facebook in their bank account has been withdrawn by someone else as received by SMS. 

These robberies have been effected by detecting the pin number of the ATM cards in one way or the
other and thereby utilising that information. As a consequence instructions have been issued to strongly implement safety precautions of the ATM cards and that investigations during holiday periods would be at a low ebb.The FINCSIRT comment in that connection, from below
