Cigarettes could be sold only by packets

The officials of the ministry of health has drawn the attention to those who market cigarettes to sell by packets without selling loose.Accordingly only cigarettes could be sold by packets.

This is  tactic to make the smokers discouraged.In certain foreign countries this rule has been

implemented.It is also reported  by the health ministry officials that packets in white are to be introduced which is been expedited.
