The case filed by under aged girl's parents against Rajitha's younger son withdrawn

During the recent past there was a huge uproar in the media about a under aged girl who had run

away with the Minister of health and cabinet spokesman Rajitha Senaratne's son Eksath Senaratna.A case was filed by the parents of the under aged  girl's in  Colombo Magistrate courts.

The case was filed for keeping the under aged girl by force perhaps with the influence of the boy,Eksath's father.But it was not to be,Today when the case was called for hearing the under aged girl's father had withdrawn the case filed in relation to the case.

The case was called at the Colombo Magistrate courts and the letter to withdrawn the case was handed over to the Chief Magistrate Gehan Pilapitiya,which was accepted by him.

It is reported that several media discussions were held once this case was reported with the pure intention of slinging mud at the Minister Rajitha Senaratna.
