CHAMAL WILL NOT LEAVE AND WILL CONTEST FROM HAMBANTOTA 

The former speaker Chamal Rajapaksa who was planning to leave

politics has decided to change his decision which was announced earlier.

It is reported that in the forthcoming election, he will contest for UPFA representing Hambantota.

This decision has been taken to give a challenge to the seniors like Sajith representing UNP and who is a force to be reckoned with in the forthcoming general election fro Hambantota district.

But, the news that the former president Mahinda Rajapaksa is going to contest from Hambantota is not confirmed yet.

As reported, most probably Mahinda will contest from Kurunegala was quipped by Chamal Rajapaksa.
