Former defence secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa had commented on the offer made to him by a

Singaporean Company to join them and live in their country to obtain his valuable services.

He had mentioned via his Face Book account that when he has to remain in the country he would not leave the motherland. This had been mentioned in his Face Book account on the 2nd instant.

There had been certain media reports on the invitation extended to him. Many of his well wishes and supporters had got worried and expressed their dissatisfaction on this matter which had been informed to him through messages.He had thanked all those who requested him not to leave Sri Lanka and wanted him to stay.
