Cultural Minister's new shoe-style

Strange shoes of Cultural Minister ....  in presence of Chinese President
The Chinese President Shing Ping who visited Sri Lanka yesterday entered into a number of co-operative agreements at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo and on this occasion when an agreement was signed between China
and the Cultural Media of Sri Lanka the Sri Lankan Cultural Minister, T.B. Ekanayaka was expected to place his signature on that occasion, and the Minister who approached the table in front of the President of Sri Lanka and the President of China, those who took photos at that moment noticed that there was some difference in the pair of shoes of the Minister. Those photos had been obtained from the Foreign Reporters Society and published.
