Buddhagaya terrorist attack
CCTV video exposes
Police who are now conducting investigations on the bomb blast at the Mahabodhi Viharaya in Buddhagaya, India yesterday has now launched an operation by displaying video clips in order to secure evidence over the incident.
At the moment when this incident took place, 15 cctv cameras had been operating right throughout the 24 hours within the premises and when scenes of the recordings were being surveyed in this manner, it was observed how one of the bombs had exploded near Mahabodhi in Buddhagaya. But the Bodhi had suffered no damages. The other live bombs were found during the police investigations carried out after the 9 bombs exploded. The police said that one of the bombs weighed 150 - 200 grams. The police have taken steps to detonate the bombs and it is reported that some Urdu lettering were visible on the bombs.
Now it is suspected that this had been an attempt launched by the Mujahideen group in India. As a result the police have taken the suspected terrorist by the name of Anver Hussain Malik yesterday and is being questioned. It is reported that because the Mujahideen terrorists had even previously threatened to blast Buddhagaya, arrangements had been taken to install a private security force in the locality.
Proceedings of investigations regarding the incident are still not over.
