Popular actor Suraj Mapa celebrates his birth day with the sick 100 cancer stricken children with other artistes in a very sensitive manner
Popular actor young Suraj Mapa celebrated his birthday party in a very absorbing and sensitive manner with 100 small children who are taking treatment at the cancer hospital yesterday. He had made arrangements for 100 Buddhist monks also to be present at the cancer hospital. The 100 children were given a similar number of ‘Atapirikara’ to offer as alms to the monks to invoke blessings on them. It was simply a Buddhist religious ceremony.
His colleague actors and actresses were also invited to participate in this event. Usually it is prohibited to bring in food and sweets from outside to the premises of the cancer hospital. However Suraj Mapa had made arrangements to bring clothes and toys to be donated to these unfortunate cancer stricken children. They were made to be very happy with the gifts given and by playing with the artistes who participated. This event was very memorable and a happy day to all the cancer stricken children and brought very sensitive memories to Suraj Mapa.
