Parliament member S.B. Dissanayaka says that what is needed is a leader who is capable of building up the country and who takes straight decisions puts them into practice. The parliamentarian said so by addressing a public rally day before yesterday (12) in Kotmale.

Mr. Dissanayaka who expressed  his ideas further said this too: "Just as much as this country and sacred land went into the hands of Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa, if the economy of this this country is to be strengthened and stabilised and to be reawakened soon and to be pushed forward ... a
straightforward leader is necessary and at the same time a person who does not have does not have prime minister - president tiffs ... two people who don't get involved in 'gonpora' are necessary. The divine privilege we have received today is the Mahinda - Gota harmony.

Before the Elpitiya election UNP MPs came and said if possible to achieve over 57 per cent compared to last time and show. But all seats of that election results are won by Podu jana peramuna ... will take 58.2 votes. When 5000 votes of SLFP are added, it will be 69.9%. Now that election results are interpreted in a reverse manner. Those are just 'gon' talks To listen to those we must have 150 hoofs and about 100 horns.

The election trend in this country always keep moving in a similar pattern. Therefore that results reflect presidential election results. A leader who is fit for the growth of the country, to make the country prosperous, having a straightforward vision, can take a straightforward brave decision and someone who can implement those decisions without wavering is necessary. If not those countries fall apart.

I would like to ask you'll about these two candidates. Mr. Gotabhaya Rajapaksa spoke with a correct vision even at the time of the civil war. It is seen very clearly on books written regarding the period concerned. In the same way I am the minister of higher education. Even about that he had a proper vision ... had a vision about the economy of the country ... gets sensitively affected soon by any problem in the country. He would very clearly speak about his opinion concerning any issue ... just see whether he has said anything about a particular thing. Has he said a word about the cultivation industry in the estate sectr? He has not spoken a word when Muslim people were in trouble. Can't say ... he doesn't know about it.

For all these people ... give an opportunity for the Goabhaya Mahinda Rajapaksa combination to live without fear of death, with security and to take this country towards a developed country free of poverty and cast your vote for them. Let us get together and dedicate  our blood and sweat for these few days and make our beloved leader Gotabhaya the president and Mahinda Rajapaksa the prime minister of this country and build a strong government.
