This tele-drama actor had brought these items even on a previous occasion inferring that those were for shooting purposes of tele-dramas and has thus misled customs and after taking into consideration previous faults customs have taken action to enforce a fine of Rs. sixty one lakhs. Since the tele-drama actor declined to release the container containing plastic flowers, customs had decided to sell it.

When it was ruled that the containing plastic flowers to be sold at Rs. 25 lakhs, assessor of customs removal division have told customs that it could be sold not at Rs. 25 lakhs but for Rs. one lakh. Subsequently, it came to be known by customs authorities that the said container of flowers was sold at a price of Rs. one lakh to the actor himself who brought that container of flowers. It was reported that it is these same officers who craftily got rid of five palm oil containers and have had those sold.
