Kankasenthurai Navy discover beautiful coral reef

On a diving operation conducted in Kankesanthurai sea coast all throughout last week by a Navy Diving team affiliated to Navy directives of North were successful enough to find a most enchanting coral reef hitherto not discovered. 

Accordingly, under supervision of commandant, in charge of Northern Naval area, Kapila
Samaraweera, commanding diving officer and diving staff were able to give an explanation about a coral reef hitherto not seen in relation to Kankesanthurai port property. Tis coral reef extends to about 400 metres from the sea of the breakwater.

In order to create a bio-diversity of the ocean in which instance introducing coral reefs as an essential factor and due to natural causes or harmful human activities those are subjected to decay or deterioration. Taking this situation into consideration, under orders of Navy commander, Vice Admiral Piyal de Silva's instructions areas underwater in the Northern sea is being conserved and coral reefs are coming under protection by Navy directives of the North.
