It is Bangladesh who has become a team to be reckoned with in the world cup tournament this time. The manner in which they win matches by aggression and stability has become a topic of discussion in the cricketing-world.

In the match played yesterday at Taunton, the West Indies took to the crease and scored a total of 321 and in return the Bangladesh players happened to reach that target in 41.3 overs with losing only 3 wickets in the process. The 124 of Shakeeb and Litton's 94 became hallmarks of that total.
Bangladesh who were cornered for a period of time in the world of cricket has now come forward displaying their apparent dormant skills.

It is of relevant importance to record that in the 2011 world cup involving India - Sri Lanka - Bangladesh; in the game between West Indies and Bangladesh played in Decca, Bangladesh were all out for a paltry total of 58 which indeed was something of special importance. In that match, West Indies employed just 3 bowlers and rattled off the Bangladeshis and thus clinched victory quite easily. Subsequent to this, it was a most unpleasant moment to record that Bangladesh spectators aimed stones buses carrying West Indies players back to their hotel.

Prior to this, fans may recall how Bangladesh players damaged resting and dressing rooms in Sri Lanka at the grounds here in Colombo. Problems relating to their behaviour is galore. However, they have skyrocketed to the top because of their indomitable effort. The 2011 match and records of the match, from below
