Vijayakala's political speech ...
wishing for a Prabhakaran regime!
The speech made by State Minister for Women's Affairs, Mrs. Vijayakala Maheswaran day-before-yesterday (01) addressing a celebration held at Weerasingham Hall, Jaffna has created some uproar by now.
During the speech what the State Minister said was that the only thing that this government did was giving ownership to lands and that there were more facilities available during the LTTE era. She
further said that the LTTE organisation has a dire necessity of a reorganisation in the North East. She also said that people of North East do not at all like to dismiss the LTTE organisation from their hearts and life. Criticisms have been aimed at her for having made a racial-terrorist statement because of political hunger.
